Hey everyone!

I’m really sorry I’ve been out of touch for a while.  Things at the firm really got busy and kept me away, both from the blog and from Wow.  I even let my account go for a while because of all the work.  I’m back on track, though, and have been able to reopen my account.  You have no idea just how good Ulduar looks after not having seen it for six months. 

There have been a lot of little changes since I left, it seems.  New gear, repairing my old stuff, it’s all costing a lot!  I don’t have enough stashed away, even in my alt, to keep up at this point.  I’m going to need some serious gold to make the cut now. 

My only problem with that is that I don’t have the time to spend mining and watching the auction house.  I’m still busy enough at work that grinding that amount of gold would take all the fun out of the game.  Of course, I already know the solution.  I wouldn’t have made this blog otherwise, right?

So, the thing to do is spend a little of my cash somewhere for gold.  The face of that industry has changed since I’ve been out, too.  Despite the bannings of gold farmers I mentioned last time, there seem to be more places than ever to buy wow gold.  Prices seem to have come down industry wide, probably due to the increased competition.  The trick is to find a place that will deliver the goods safely and securely.  Given the equality of pricing, I’m going to narrow my search a little so that I’m only looking at home grown sites.  No sense shipping my money overseas when people here need it more. 

One place I’ve mentioned here before is Toonstorm.com.  The service I got from them the last few times has been superb, with quick delivery times and 100% American support.  Since I’m just getting back into the swing of things, I think I’ll go back to them instead of risking my money on an unknown newcomer. 

So, I’ve placed an order.  Pricing, like I said earlier, is really good right now.  Although I could afford it, I think I’ll try to fly under the radar.  Seven grand should be enough to give me a boost, at least until I’m able to get a few raids done.  About 10 minutes after finalizing the order, I got a call from someone obviously here in the states (ie: no thick accent) and they let me know my order would be ready in about 20 minutes.  I logged in about 15 minutes later and got a message to pick up my gold almost immediately!

Now I’m ready to go!  It’s good to be back in the game, and the edge I have now should put me back up to par in no time.  This is another major thumbs up for Toonstorm.  See you next time!
